Thinking about Chapter 7 bankruptcy? It’s not all doom & gloom—here’s the upside: 1) Wipe out most unsecured debts (credit cards, medical bills) fast, often in 3-6 months. 2) Fresh financial start w/o lingering payment plans. 3) Keep exempt assets like your home or car in many cases. 4) Stops creditor harassment & wage garnishment dead in its tracks. Not for everyone, but it’s a powerful reset button if you’re drowning in debt. #Bankruptcy
