🚨 NEW: UN report details rape, gang rape and genital violence against Palestinian detainees by Israeli forces

The UN Secretary-General’s report submitted to the Security Council verifies 31 victims of sexual violence linked to Israeli forces in 2025 — against 14 men, seven women, nine children and one girl — across detention facilities in Gaza and the West Bank, according to Haaretz, which said it had reviewed the report.

Key Details:

🔸“Violations consisted of rape, including with objects, gang rape, attempted rape, physical violence to the genitals, instances of targeted shooting of the genitals, touching of breasts and genitals, strip and cavity searches conducted without apparent security justification, forced nudity and threats of rape,” the report said.

🔸 9 victims, most of them Gaza residents, were subjected to rape and gang rape — in some cases repeatedly. Men and boys were allegedly subjected to rape or attempted rape and violence to the genitals, “resulting in five male victims suffering severe rectal bleeding or swelling for multiple days or weeks and, in some cases, without receiving medical treatment.”

🔸 The report named the IDF, Israeli Prison Service and Border Police Counter Terrorism Unit as responsible. Facilities cited include Sde Teiman, Etzion, and prisons Megiddo, Ofer, Ramla, HaSharon, Shatta, Nafha and Damon.

🔸 The UN said its findings likely reflect only part of a broader pattern, citing Israel’s continued denial of access to detention facilities and explicit threats against detainees to coerce them not to report abuse.

The reality:

A U.S. citizen. Born in Colorado. Mother of four. Stopped in Lafayette, Louisiana. Shackled. Detained in an ICE facility anyway.

She showed agents her state-issued ID and Social Security card. ICE reportedly called them “fake,” handcuffed her, chained her ankles, interrogated her, and transported her to a detention center. She was released hours later only after legal intervention.

The lesson is not “show your papers.”

The lesson is that papers don’t protect you when power decides not to read them.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught on video telling a U.S. born citizen that his driver’s license was not proof of citizenship because “anyone can get that.”

In the video, the man repeatedly told them he was born in the U.S…. In Atlantic City.

He showed them his license.

They dismissed it.

He showed them ANOTHER form of ID.

They STILL kept interrogating him about where he lived, who he lived with, whether Venezuelans lived in his home, who had been in his car, and whether the vehicle was registered to him.

All while illegally detaining him in his car.

And in the end…

The agents admitted they weren’t even looking for the person connected to the car’s registration.

So, why was this U.S. citizen stopped, surrounded, and interrogated in the first place?

The Fourth Amendment does not disappear because agents “suspect” someone might be undocumented.

You do not have to repeatedly prove your citizenship to federal agents because they decided you “look foreign enough” to question.

Yet, this keeps happening to U.S. citizens across the country.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught on video illegally stopping a man in Cathedral City, CA… after racially profiling him… then trying to drag him out of his car and handcuff him.

In the video, the agents are demanding his ID, calling it “fake,” and completely ignoring him when he explains that he is legally present in the United States.

They already HAD his identification. They just decided they didn’t believe it.

That’s not how constitutional rights work.

Law enforcement does not get to detain someone indefinitely because they “feel” like the documents are fake… especially without evidence, probable cause, or a warrant.

And let’s be honest about what this was…

A man was targeted, pulled over, and nearly disappeared into federal custody until his wife rushed over with MORE paperwork to “prove” he belonged here.

Think about how insane that is.

An American street just turned into an immigration checkpoint where federal agents tried to rip a man from his car without proof he was undocumented.

That is the exact kind of unconstitutional abuse the Fourth Amendment is supposed to protect against.

Protection from unreasonable searches and seizures.

Protection from the government detaining people without lawful justification.

Protection from federal agents deciding someone “looks illegal” and escalating by force.

And the most disturbing part?

If his wife hadn’t shown up with additional documents… what would have happened to him?

Because this is what racial profiling turns into when it’s combined with unchecked federal power.

Rights stop meaning anything when agents can ignore valid identification, escalate by force, and only back off after a family member scrambles to prove someone deserves freedom.
