@O2 @virginmedia absolutely disgusted that my partner and I have been miss sold services with your volt benefits. He is the new virginmedia customer and I am an o2 customer but apparently I do not get double data on my phone as the virginmedia account has to be the same name!!!!

@virginmedia @02 Well no this is not the case as have spoken to virgin media and o2 and you are now saying the virgin media account holder must have the same name as the 02 customer. O2 told me this on my phone and your customer services have conflicting information
