They are useless and wasting the important time of customers and money also. he has cancelled the ride by saying that customer unable to pick the call.

पैसे काट लिए गए लेकिन टिकट बुक नहीं हुआ।
अब तक रिफंड नहीं ��या है।
बैंक और IRCTC दोनों जगह शिकायत कर चुका हूँ, लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं मिला ।

Train No. 15103 — There’s a serious discrepancy in coach numbering! Outside the coach, it’s marked as D9, but inside it says D8. Also, I booked seat D9/85/WS (Window Seat), but the seat is located in the middle, not by the window.
