You did everything right, but got a 212F visa refusal just because of where you were born. It’s unfair.
We’re filing a lawsuit to force consulates to judge you on merits, not your passport. Deadline is June 26th. Fight back.

USCIS has a new trick up its sleeve. Officers at Green Card interviews are now asking: “Why didn’t you just go back to your home country to apply?” Here’s how you shut that down:
- AOS is a fully legal process and the cornerstone of the system. You have NO requirement to leave.
- If you applied recently, you didn't even know, the memo wasn't out yet.
- Leaving means massive family separation while waiting years for a backlogged consulate.
- If your country has a visa freeze, that overseas path is literally cut.
Be ready for this question.
The New York Times drops a headline saying inside-the-U.S. Green Cards are over, then walks it back saying "never mind, it just clarifies things." Absolute nonsense. You can't alter the whole system with a memo and expect people not to panic. We are STILL filing AOS cases.

My grandmother came to this country as an infant. She built her life here. She eventually got her green card and became part of the fabric of America, like millions before and after her.
That path is what Trump and his administration are now trying to slam shut.
The Trump administration just announced that immigrants already living here who apply for a green card will need to leave the country first, with rare exceptions. That means scientists, doctors, teachers, founders, students, and families could be forced to abandon their lives in America and wait years abroad.
America was built by immigrants like my grandmother. We are stronger because of them, not in spite of them.

Adjustment of Status is NOT banned. What’s actually happening is that USCIS is tightening the rules and scrutinizing cases much harder on a case-by-case basis. If you have a solid strategy, your path to a green card is still very much alive.
Most green-card applicants will need to go abroad to apply for permanent residency at an American consulate, rather than filing from within the U.S. as they do now, the Trump administration announced Friday. https://t.co/mTQSCLMRUK
There are 1.2 MILLION legal immigrants waiting for approval on their adjustment of status green card applications. And USCIS says we're not processing you. We're taking your money to pay for our new police force. Thanks. GTFO.
The Trump administration on Friday issued a sweeping policy directive requiring most temporary visa holders and humanitarian parolees living in the U.S. to return to their home countries to apply for and complete their green card applications. https://t.co/ZXuEq3uWcY
In January, a 25-year-old asylum seeker was deported to Honduras alone, despite her pleas to immigration authorities not to be separated from her 2-year-old son. Two months later, a tragic event in Florida took the child's life.
This case serves as a heartbreaking reminder of the real human lives behind immigration and the devastating impact when bureaucracy lacks empathy.

Happy Mother’s Day! 💐 Today we’re celebrating the resilience, the late nights, and the unconditional support that mothers provide every single day. Enjoy your well-deserved day of rest and celebration!
The difference between immigration success and failure? Grit.
The system is unfair, but focusing on being a victim is a losing strategy.
My advice: be relentlessly focused on the solution, not the setback. Don’t wallow. Stand up and fight back with strategy. You can prevail. 🇺🇸 #Immigration
