It really sucks. Di ko naman ineexpect na papasa ako pero grabe lang yung frustration na kinulang lang ng (.) para makuha ang (.) but it somehow made me feel better. Kasi kahit pala dudang duda na ako sa sarili ko, ganun na pala ako kalapit. Di pala impossible.

Yes. The privilege from arrest only applies to offenses punishable by not more than 6 years and while Congress is in session.

The crime of plunder is punishable by reclusion perpetua (20-40 years).
