@AshwiniVaishnaw Please solve this issue first, it's been 3 months since normal people cant do their tatkal tickets. I dunno who can do their tickets at 10am and 11am. I don't think anybody us even interested to resolve this. @IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw

Don't take my word for it. Open the IRCTC app reviews.
You'll find thousands of passengers complaining about "High Load" errors, failed bookings, and disappearing Tatkal tickets.
