I ordered from Qmin through BB yesterday and I didn’t received my food nor any kind of contact, and the support is totally dumb. Now it is showing delivered.

Pathetic experience with @rentomojo . You delayed the pickup from your side and still charged rent for it. Customers shouldn’t pay for your inefficiency. Extremely frustrated. Will be filing a consumer complaint. #PoorService#rentomojo
@rentomojo@rentomojo Request ID - REQ-RVP-BLR-06637524, it shows as resolved but the deposit amount have been altered with reason as adjusted amount. You guys delayed the pickup and now charging for that period too. It’s been a week of reporting this to ur executive , still no response
