@samant_uday Maharashtra once leading nation in education field. We lose our position and one of the reason not recruit HR on timely basis among the others. And one suggestion is don't allow ShikshaSamrat to recruit there own in sate funded collages rather ask MPSC to so selection process.
A leader, however popular, could not take the people for granted, and policies needed to be shaped in accordance with people's expectations.
