Nothing changed in Noida in 5 years..complainant went to sec 113 police chowki to file criminal complaint ..sho refused to accept..went to meet DCP at sec 6 office.. her PS refused to allow her to meet and neither bothered to instruct sho to accept her complaint..where to go ???
