My luggage was delivered broken on Belt No. 4 at Mumbai T1 yesterday (27.06.26). Being told by the 6E staff Ms.Pooja, this is "normal during loading/unloading," is completely unacceptable and an irresponsible comment.
Please replace my damaged luggage asap!

Have been twitting about this since last 3 years… look at the way the access road is blocked by the parked vehicles. 4 lane road has become 1 lane.
Location: Highland Haven access road, Balkum
Pls note- the school bus is also a parked one.
