SEAT & CHAIR :
"Chair" is not a "Seat". "Chair" carries powers for the service of others. While a "Seat" is used to seat upon. Many government officers use their CHAIRS as a SEAT. And, the results are obvious. They don't progress much.
@DeepakMeghani Talking with people, interacting with people gives you more knowledge than what you get by reading books. Talking with people gives you better insights in understanding human nature. Interacting with people develops better in us better understanding about "BASICS of EXISTENCE".
Joy can be defined as unconditional happiness, a stable state of the heart and mind that emanates from within and is not merely a by-product of hormones.
The components of joy are contentment, service to others, peace, harmony, and wishing well for all. It is devoid of the selfish element that is often present in happiness.

Ram Navami celebrates the birth of Lord Rama, not just a divine king, but an ideal to live by.
A devoted son, a loyal brother, a loving husband, and a righteous leader, his life is a guide, not just a story.
This Ram Navami, let’s move beyond rituals. Search for Lord Ram within our own hearts through meditation,
and bring his values into the way we live.

The best attitude one can have when offering prasad is one of complete love and reverence, with such humility and innocence that we feel we are offering the most potent part of what we present. In doing so, we create an osmosis between what is offered and the One to whom it is being offered.
In fact, this is what gives prasad its joyous quality and sacredness—something that I have offered to my Maker, I can now share with all His other children.

My Second guide Chariji once made an observation that should concern every sincere practitioner. He said that the field of spirituality is so soft and yielding that it becomes fertile ground for pride to manifest and for manipulation to take root. Carefully consider what this means.
The ego is the most subtle obstacle on the spiritual path because it disguises itself as the path. The seeker most vulnerable to the machinations of the ego is the one who has accumulated years of practice, read the texts, earned the respect of the community, and can speak fluently about surrender and humility. By themselves, these attainments are not false, but the danger lies in their accumulation becoming an identity. And identity, however spiritual its costume, remains ego.
Satsangh, the company of truth, works on laziness the way sunlight works on ice. When we are with someone who is on fire with purpose, we remember our own flame. The fire spreads and moves from one heart to another without words or instructions, just by being close to each other.
This is why traditions stress the importance of getting together, being part of a community, and being with people who are awake. It is not because we cannot walk alone, but because walking together reminds us why we do.
What is Love?
Today, we speak a lot about self-love but often forget to make it actionable. Even postponing a conversation with your own feelings can be a form of unkindness toward yourself.
Meditation helps us pause, listen and become more honest with who we truly are.

The Heartfulness practice of morning meditation is a daily meeting with purpose. Pranahuti, the yogic transmission, does more than calm the mind when it enters the heart; it changes the direction of the inner compass.
It reminds the system, at a deeper level than thought, where it is going and why the journey is important. This is why practising regularly makes both the meditation and the day that follows better.
