🚨 Extremely disappointed with @TheOfficialSBI & @delhivery.

My SBI Credit Card was due between 20–25 June. Every day I received "Delivery expected today" messages, but no delivery was attempted. Now the shipment has been marked Out for Return without any explanation.

@SBICard_Connect Need redelivery of my card ASAP and I need to connect to an Authorized person from the SBI team.
The executive from SBI team told me to connect on the customer care no, where no one picks the call or to post on social media if you have any queries.
Is this how SBI support works?

• Where is my credit card?
• Why was it returned without proper delivery?
• When will it be re-dispatched?

Please stop giving false assurances and provide a definite resolution.

@SBICard_Connect What's even more frustrating is that after applying for the credit card, I'm receiving multiple calls every day from SBI for add-on cards, card upgrades, and other offers.

If you can call me daily for sales, why can't someone call me once to resolve my delivery issue?
