I had order a chicken Shawarma combo only to receive a corn cheese abomination of a wrap @faasos call it a roll. Along with sides 475 ML coke which I did not receive and was refunded (only coke). No support was available for the main dish refund.

@AirIndiaX A very good friend of mine booked your flight today, IX 2064, 7 + 15 kg as usual cabin + check-in.
Her checkin bag exceeded 2 kgs so your baggage handlers asked her to pay Rs 1400 extra or remove and bin the extra weight without accounting for the cabin bag weight.

Is that how unprofessional AIX is now treating customers, as far as i'm aware of the total baggage or weight should account to 22kg domestic irrespective or how you achieve it. She had to remove her care and clothing items to bin it in BLR T2.
