@pandagirlIvy @urbanistfromwhk It’s not good. You can barely get into bed in most of the plans. Once they realise how thick their walls really are, and put some structure in, it’ll be unusable.

The planning (generally) is very very poor.

This is density done badly.

With bones like that I’d be very surprised if it meets a feasibility threshold that makes this development possible in the way its described. Just pretty pictures I’m afraid.
