A fascinating collection of jewellery from a recent house clearance is heading to our Antique & Home Sale on Monday 15th June, featuring an array of highly collectable Victorian insect brooches.

Highlights include:
✨A late 19th-century beetle brooch with carved onyx body, diamonds and ruby eyes (Auction estimate - £400-£600)
🦋 A beautiful Victorian dragonfly brooch with guilloché enamel, diamonds and split pearls (Auction estimate - £200-£300)
🍀 A diamond-set four-leaf clover brooch (Auction estimate - £400-£500)

The collection also includes rings, pendants, bracelets and other remarkable pieces, from an early 19th-century mourning portrait miniature to a stunning 9ct gold cigarette case which is estimated at £5,500-£6,500.

What a sale today at our Lichfield Auction! ✨

Four weeks on from the Marathon and I’m still not sure if my legs and toes have forgiven me, but I’m keeping going and managed 6 miles on Sunday.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported me throughout the Marathon journey. There are so many people to thank, but a special mention goes to Lichfield Radio, Lichfield Echo, IJS Electrical, Bidpath, CityLife, my fellow auctioneers, Anne Edward and the Bargain Hunt community, along with staff, family, and friends.

Together, we raised an incredible £12,000 for charities, something I’m hugely proud of. Thank you all so much!
