@UFConParamount Like Joe Rogan said.... I want to believe! Even if he loses or his career doesn't go any further, he's still a legend with a respectable fighting record and major contributions to the UFC.
I know I made a joke or two about Conor kicking his own ass in the first round, but I also respect the hell out of Conor McGregor and his respectable fighting record and all of his contributions to UFC. But I'm sick of hearing about shitty celebrities saying shitty things about other people like this. MGK has no credibility when he went on record to say some rather disturbing things about minors. Not only that, but MGK wouldn't last 10 seconds in a fight against Conor McGregor, and I'd pay money to see it, even with the injury in play. Fucking fuck!
He's 22-7-0. That's respectable. Are there fighters with better records? Yes. But let's talk about the reality, here. He's 37 years old, and he's been out of the ring for 5 years due to a broken tibula. In this line of work, age is ALWAYS a factor, and a broken leg has ruined other fighters' careers (i.e. Anderson Silva). Dude went for a flying roundhouse kick right out of the gate with the mindset of, "I already beat him, once, so I can beat him, again, piece of cake." He thought he could effortlessly win against someone who's consistently been in the ring the entire time. He's not a bad fighter .... Just overly confident (Well....... maybe not after yesterday......). Even Holloway could see something was not right. McGregor wasn't ready for last night. Now, he may never be ready.
