In the article, our VP of AI Applications for North America, Steve Styczynski, points to a growing concern: even without a formal ruling, the risks are already visible. In some cases, recordings can be stored externally or repurposed beyond their original intent, highlighting the widening gap between how these tools are used and how they’re governed.
Banning these tools isn’t realistic. The more effective approach, according to Steve: “Provide enterprise-approved solutions that operate within the organization's governance framework, where data processing, storage and usage remain fully controlled.”
