@tataplayfiber it is really disappointing to see the WiFi service be down for more than 2 days, customer service being adamant on not helping senior citizen just because they do not have the registered mobile number. This is the pathetic service and customer care being offered.
@ola_supports@Olacabs what is the point of adding money in your wallet if you cannot use it to pay for rides?! Even after selecting Ola Money Wallet as the mode of payment I have to pay the driver by cash! This is really pathetic. Please transfer wallet money to my account!
@TataPlayin@tataplayfiber please update or better your App. It takes an eternity to open it. And an another eternity to raise a complaint on it. I am trying to raise a network problem on the app, but the app itself is not working. Please assist here.
