We just added my amendment to prohibit Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) in TN to the UCC legislation, HB 640. A big win!
As brought to light by @KristiNoem @glennbeck @bettegrande and others, a CBDC is a threat to our Republic. States must take steps every step necessary to ensure the UCC definition of deposit accounts does NOT include a CBDC.
The bill was rolled 2 weeks. Stay vigilant.
