@xanderbaker @Cirque @RoyalAlbertHall I haven't set up the accoubt as they requested, because I want a refund and think it will be more difficult to get it after they've given me a voucher. Has anyone gotten a refund? If so how did you do it?

@Cirque the tickets we had for 12/2 in London got cancelled by the Royal Albert Hall or le Cirque du Soleil (not sure). It seems we are only offered a voucher for the show in London. This is unacceptable. And I receive no reply to my emails or phone calls. Please contact me!

@Cirque @RoyalAlbertHall Gutted by the cancellation on 12 February. Cannot talk to anyone to get a cash refund. Only offered a voucher to get tickets for same show same place. Outrageous!
