I think in a lot of ways life is like playing with a musician who kind of plays whatever they want, sometimes in tune, sometimes deaf. The best we can do is maybe to frame it with the right bass notes and hope for the best. Or maybe call it experimental and embrace the atonality.

As soon as the rainstorm hit, one of my neighbours shouted out in their back garden 'hallelujah!'. Possibly the only time us British have been and will ever be so ecstatic over rain.

Took part in a socially distanced strings play day. We played/sightread through Dvorak's Serenade for Strings.

One of the main things I love about playing violin is being able to make music with others so it was really nice to be able to do that again.

@TwoSetViolin I think it wouldn't be normal not to want it (confusing myself with double negative). Honestly though, I don't have any bubble tea places where I live so when I visit somewhere that has bubble tea I have it 2/3 times a day.

@practice_game Okay! So yeah it's pretty similar to how they showed. It's surprisingly easy to manipulate the sound and adjust timings. At the same time you can get carried away to the point it sounds fake!

@practice_game Definitely give the trial version a go. I liked it because it was a full version of it where you could save and export your audio.

@practice_game Ooh I'll have to watch it and let you know! I kind of hacked it for some string ensemble recordings, it's really made for singers in band type setups. But it worked pretty well even for what I was using it for.
