According to my own stats it reduces the amount of tokens by about 78%.
This doesn’t just reduce the amount of tokens being used but increases significantly the quality of work.

Hey @AnthropicAI — Opus 4.7 just dropped in the mobile & desktop apps, but Claude Code CLI still shows claude-opus-4-6 as the latest model ID. Any timeline for the API/CLI rollout?

Devs building with the API are stuck one version behind.
