Hi @GoogleMyBiz we have eye clinics and in the last days we lost many reviews from real patients, who have been visiting us for months/years. Other clinics/practices lost tons of reviews as well. Is this a bug?

@rustybrick I counted the reviews of more than 20 businesses and they did not lost a single one, just the counter is not working.
