Defense attorney then proceeds to say that the judge will “identify the juror” who is the sole holdout for a full finding of not guilty by reason of insanity.

This seems like egregious juror intimidation.

The sidebar that was done publicly, singling out the apparent sole juror, is basically putting a target on that juror’s back for when they will invariably be publicly identified.

I don’t know if this is standard protocol. But it certainly seems abnormal and very dirty.

Meyer’s point: stop shopping for empathy for the woman who murdered her children and start fighting for the kids who never get another breath.
