I write to report a grave case. As homes fill with laughter and families gather to celebrate, Tushabe Getrude and her seven children are living in fear, with nowhere to go. 💔

She is a single mother who lost her only land to the @EACOP_ project. For over nine years, she has waited for the compensation she was promised yet to date, she has received nothing.

After losing her land, kind people took her in to help her survive. But today, even those who once helped her are chasing her away, unable to bear a burden that was never theirs to carry.

She was once shown another piece of land and told, “This is yours.” A promise that briefly restored hope. But when she tried to access it, the real owners chased her away, saying they had never been paid. That land, it seems, was only used to take photos while her children remain homeless and vulnerable. 💔

Today, Tushabe has no land, no house, and no safe place for her children. Each night comes with fear, each morning with unanswered questions. A mother forced to watch her children suffer because of broken promises and a failed system.

As many celebrate, she is being pushed away from everywhere, forgotten by a system that has taken everything from her.
