@swtrains_watch@Heidi_Labour@SW_Help This. Almost every time the early-morning (620) FRM-WIN train is delayed/shunted through St Denys, I know I'll be turfed off at EST because of station skipping to scramble for another train. Bonus points if it's tipping down with rain.
@SW_Help Hi -- how come the 620 FRM-WAT didn't stop at Botley or Hedge End (shunted to St Denys, and then skipped my stop at WIN -- magical morning commute...)? @swtrains_watch
@SW_Help Many thanks for the quick reply -- we didn't get any info aside from 'We're now going to St Denys' and the list of stops cancelled due to running fast onwards to WAT.
@SW_Help@swtrains_watch In fact, I ended up going to FRM station and buying a ticket on the back of someone from @SW_Help saying the 653 was running :( and then ending up with a taxi as I've got to teach this morning.
@SW_Help Yes, but all of the trains coming up from Portsmouth/DRM were also cancelled this morning due to the overrunning works (620, 653, 720 -- forcing me to a taxi to get to WIN in time for work) @swtrains_watch
Thanks, guy who physically shoulder-checked me on the platform this morning, so he could get on the train ahead of me. This isn't the 1st time, either. I've switched trains b/c of this bully in the past, & great to see I'll have to change again... @SW_Help@swtrains_watch
@AnthonyFurnival@SW_Help@swtrains_watch@BTP Yep -- form filled out last Friday - I see this person when I commute, but he doesn't do anything if others are around. My plan is to avoid him as much as poss.
@BTP@gceccles Many thanks -- I did report it last Friday via the BTP form online, and I have a case number. (I also let the station manager know). He's still there every morning, but if I keep away from him, he ignores me, at least.
@swtrains_watch
@swtrains_watch@SW_Help Yep -- the lesson here seems to be, let him on the train 1st, or get hit/shoved/physically intimidated. He waited til the men had got on, then shoved me as I tried to get on. It speaks volumes, I think.
@swtrains_watch@SW_Help I called him out on it last year the 1st time he did it (it's usually whilst trying to board the train); he's a big guy, & honestly, I do not want to engage with him or have him anywhere near me.
@HershamBoySteve@swtrains_watch@SW_Help Yep -- I've seen him plenty of times -- doesn't pull this stunt with men. He's done this to me a couple of times now - back last December and then again today.
@Onebiskuit @swtrains_watch@SW_Help It was a really big he, and I'm a small she. He let 3 guys go in front of him (he was trying to budge in the queue), but shoulder-checked me. Hmmm...I don't want him anywhere near me!
@swtrains_watch@SW_Help Not just an elbow -- this was a full on, deliberate shoulder check. Not the first time this guy has physically moved me out of his way, but the 1st time physcially thumping me so hard that I lost my balance at the train doors. He let on 3 or 4 men, then shoulder-checked me.
