@rablivingstone Ah 50.. the big five 0... like Hawaii 5.0 except without the cops.... wait, she's not a cop is she? And not expecting visitors? Is she banged up? Wait! She's not a bent copper is she? Ah Rab... you should know better than getting mixed up with her.... bloody bent coppers π
@mrnickharvey Inspired by your good self, I sat down to write a song with a similar message on the piano. I struggled considerably to be honest and couldn't figure out why until it suddenly dawned on me.... i don't have a piano π€ͺ
@ally_begg@AberdeenFC Was there with my dad as he'd managed to get tickets to the family stand (remember that bit?) In which, coincidentally, we had season tickets for. I remember wondering why we couldn't go to our own seats π AND i remember i never doubted we'd win cos 'we always did' ah those days
@ThatEricAlper The Milk. Tales from the Thames Delta is a fantastic album. I've pushed this album so many times but does anybody ever listen to recommendations.....ever?
@crapolatombola I never had any problems with this question before Westworld but now I'm constantly doubting myself. They should always have a 'I'm not sure' option to save all the confusion
@rablivingstone I think I'll be disqualified because I've two. My mum and her aunt. My mum was always called Betty 2 by the family because of this remarkable coincidence. Least I think it was Betty 2 and not Betty too π€ it's been a lifelong puzzle
@RosieisaHolt I think I'll adopt that negotiating position "Β£4:50 for this pint?!? FUCK OFF, just FUCK OFF, not a single penny!"..... "Barred? ME?.... no YOU'RE BARRED"
@hmsglasgow@Debbie_abrahams It's not about removal of SM, it's that it needs regulation. There is strong impacts on societies globally with the scale of missinformation that's being shared. This needs to change.
@nigelbarker1971 @IonaLeepoetry I saw that in a classroom whilst at the BBs and I'd have been slightly younger than 9. Every time a scary bit came on I'd leg it to the relative safety of the gym hall where the rest of the boys were only to return minutes later and pretend I wasn't shitting myself. Haunted me!
@PeterKGeoghegan It's a scary new age we are all facing into and Facebook is a major driver in the missinformation that we are being subjected to daily. The docu-film 'The great hack' is a real eye opener as to how FBs use of selective targeting has worked in undermining democracies. Nasty stuff
