イベルメクチンの服用で、基本知識として押さえておきたいのが「体重用量」です。

✅参考までに、「体重別用量目安表」を添付画像で貼っておきます。

まずは、自分の体重がどこに該当するかだけ覚えておくといいです👍

✅イベルメクチンについては、さまざまな資料で「2倍用量」「3倍用量」といった表記が出てきます。

まず、その基準となる「1倍用量」を確認しておきましょう。

◼️「イベルメクチンは、体重1kgあたり0.2mgが1倍用量の目安です。」

たとえば体重63kgの場合、上の用量表では13.5mgの区分に該当します。

◼️これが「1倍用量」の目安です。
0.2mg/kgと表記されている場合は、1倍用量という意味です。

◼️ 「2倍用量」「0.4mg/kg 」などと表記されている場合

「0.2mg/kg」が1倍用量なので、
→ 0.4mg/kg ＝ 2倍用量
→ 0.6mg/kg ＝ 3倍用量
という意味になります。

✅ここで注意したいのが、2倍・3倍用量を計算する場合です。

上の体重用量表は1倍用量の目安量として区分されています。

そのため、表に記載された目安量をそのまま2倍、3倍すると、体重によっては実際の計算値との差が大きくなります。

先ほどの体重63kgを2倍用量で計算すると、
0.2mg × 63kg × 2倍 ＝ 25.2mg
となります。

◼️つまり、2倍・3倍用量を求める場合は、
「0.2mg × 体重 × 倍率」
で、体重から正確に計算するのが適切です。

この計算式を基礎知識として覚えておけば、
自分の服用量や、購入時に必要となる量を計算する際の目安になります🤠

IVERMECTINA + MEBENDAZOL: UN ESTUDIO CLÍNICO EN 197 PACIENTES CON CÁNCER

Un estudio publicado en junio de 2026 en la revista Anticancer Research evaluó los resultados de pacientes con cáncer que recibieron ivermectina y mebendazol mediante una plataforma de telemedicina de Estados Unidos.

El estudio incluyó inicialmente 197 pacientes, aunque solo 122 (61,9 %) completaron el seguimiento de seis meses.
Según los resultados autoinformados por esos 122 pacientes, a los seis meses:

• 32,8 % informó ausencia actual de evidencia de enfermedad.
• 15,6 % informó regresión del tumor.
• 36,1 % informó enfermedad estable.
• 15,6 % informó progresión.
Los autores calcularon una Razón de Beneficio Clínico (CBR) de 84,4 %, considerando conjuntamente ausencia de enfermedad, regresión y estabilidad.
El tratamiento utilizado consistió en cápsulas compuestas de 25 mg de ivermectina + 250 mg de mebendazol, con dosis y esquemas individualizados por los médicos prescriptores.
Los autores concluyen que estos resultados son generadores de hipótesis y señalan que se necesitan ensayos clínicos aleatorizados y controlados para determinar la eficacia de esta combinación.
