Eligibility for the DSP is judged on the degree of impairment caused by all medical conditions, not by the nature or progression of any given condition. E.g. a stage 1 or 2 cancer that caused severe pain or lethargy or seizures could be eligible.

After election she passed a carbon price, but scored the biggest political own goal I've seen in decades by immediately branding it a carbon tax.
