Giving people advice by CBT feels like a dangerous game.
"Oh you're mad at me because you're tired and haven't eaten and you were mad about something else" may be technically true but it feels like a great way to have your skull caved in.
A lot of this ideology springs from a traditional idea of masculinity that is embedded deep. "Sacrifice, being a protector, etc makes a man"; however, how do you speed run this? what is the quickest way to go from nothing to this ideal of masculinity; of sacrifice and protecting?
