@MicrosoftHelps At least they're functional, unlike microsoft support when they randomly decide to lock your account down, and the recovery process (which has a reputation for not working) also fails. lost 15 years of e-mails, ongoing word documents, and 4 years of Xbox game data. I'm furious...

@MicrosoftHelps What do we do if this does not work? Just go on reddit to see the sheer scale of how often this does not work, and no one can get customer service that can help resulting in that account having to be abandoned. In my case I have lost e-mails I need, and projects for work in word.
