@thesplund1 @ttt1531077 @bigbabolat That’s correct. I was replying to someone saying it was a public event👆. If that’s the case the constitution is relevant. Clearly it’s a ticketed event .. ergo private. It can’t be public and private at the same time.

All you have is someone whinging to his camera about his version of events rather than watching the game he paid to see.

You’re saying he can be removed for speech but not for recording?.. can you see the contradiction? Both are protected one can’t be fine and the other not.

@ttt1531077 @bigbabolat To legally remove him they must trespass him. Trespass comes with the threat of arrest if you don’t comply. Also the guy videoing also wanted to dox the person..get home fired and ruin his company etc.. I note all while enjoying the 1st amendment to say what he likes.
