Hey all you #AOC2019 delegates. You will notice this image up around the conference today. please have a read and if you have any feedback or comments let us know so we can all agree on it before the end of the week.
A golden dawn on the Mary River is my final tweet about #AOC2019. Thanks @AustOrnithConf and @alilleyman for a great conference. Looking forward to #AOC2021 in Auckland.
A little bit of early fog didn’t dampen to #AOC2019 crew at the Corroboree Billabong Sunrise Birding Cruise. My boat spotted more than 50 different species of birds and saw a few lazy crocodiles 🐊
@hpmilne spotted this little guy in the water channel on our way to #AOC2019 Wednesday. After ringing the conservation center we discovered it was part of a clutch that had been stolen and released. Our call saw them successfully rescue this guy and his siblings 😍

It might look like a blank piece of paper in this pic, but this me recieving my @OSNZBirdsNZ meritorious service award at #AOC2019. Thanks so much to @IanandSenecio for bringing it all the way to Darwin and arranging a special presentation. I’m stoked to have it. 😃
Thanks for a great conference @AustOrnithConf - I am new to the bird world but not to conferences and I must say the whole vibe was soaring. I have learnt a lot about birds but more importantly met heaps of passionate people. I cannot wait to further explore the NT #AOC2019
#AOC2019 Hamish Campbell: #magpiegeese coming into Darwin more and more because more irrigation of parks and backyards over recent years. Cool but is there a risk for disease vectoring eg H5N1? We really have very little idea where they go and when.
Almost all lost birds were parrots! And many are Australian natives 😳 often birds escaped in groups or pairs and almost all were never reported as found 😪 @Josie_Anya #AOC2019
