@agodaindia @agoda @Paytm @ICICIBank I tried booking a hotel and paid the amount via paytm upi, the amount got deducted and I received no confirmation, no booking id from Agoda. I am unable to connect to Agoda customer care since they demand booking id as reference to proceed

I have been trying to contact your customer care via your chat bot/call/mail, but couldn’t proceed as they demand booking Id first to initiate the ticket creation, I have no clue whom to contact and where!!
