In one night, Braden Montgomery made his MLB debut and collected his:

Your annual reminder that the NCAA baseball tournament is (maybe a lot) better than the NCAA basketball tournament -- 16 on-campus regionals makes for one of the best sports weekends of the year.
When your Friday starter has a 10+ league ERA, you're not going to win a lot of series.
Something has to change. This offense is doing enough to win you games. Multi home run game from your guy on the Golden Spikes mid season watch list and you get your doors blown off.
Fix it
Today's attendance at Blue Bell Park: 6,087
Weekend total of 20,882 is the sixth-largest in program history and the fifth-largest since the 2012 renovation.
After this game, the umpiring crew will be escorted off the field and never have to give any sort of explanation for running two coaches in the first inning of the CWS Finals.
Meanwhile, Coastal’s head guy and top assistant are done for the remainder of the series.
Brutal.
If you’re calling for pitching coach Jason Kelly to be fired, shut it. Aggies played the nation’s 9th toughest SOS and had the 23rd best ERA (out of 299 teams). This was without Sdao or Stewart pitching all season. The pitching staff was phenomenal this year.
Our biggest rival has beat us in the big 3 sports their first year in the SEC and you want us to piss rainbows? That’s the problem; I’ll support the team no matter what, but the culture has to change. Every year we rally behind the troops. When do the troops bring us a championship? Last year was great, and I love this team. But damn, we can never seem to cross the finish line.
That’s now twice that Kaeden Kent has hit a single & Grand Slam in the same inning in his Aggie career.
The last time he did it was when he nearly blew the roof off of Blue Bell Park in Gm 2 of the Super Regional against Oregon last season.
It’s almost like it’s in his blood 🤷🏻♂️
