@AskCapitalOne This is a recurring issue. Now at 59% of users are reporting direct deposit problems and you’re still silent. If this continues, I’ll be looking into a class action lawsuit for deceptive advertising & failure to provide timely wage access. Enough is enough.

This is my 4th call to @AskCapitalOne and they’re denying an outage while Downdetector shows 48%+ of customers can’t access their direct deposit. I have no food, plans today, and I NEED my money. Don’t advertise early deposit if it’s not reliable or consistent.#CapitalOneOutage
