Because the State owns high-speed roads, it limits what the City can do. The City needs to cooperate with the State to implement pedestrian safety enhancements.
Item 6 is skipped due to prior discussions at the work session. The committee is now taking up item 5: Discussion and possible action regarding possibly calling an election in 2026 to amend language in the City’s charter.
