Imagine telling someone in 2024 that not over-relying on synthetic data is a good thing.
The reality is LLM outputs are biased towards the high-density regions of the training distribution.
Synthetic data is a lossy reconstruction of reality. That's great for augmentation and distillation. But if models increasingly train on the outputs of other models, we're effectively recompressing a compression. The first thing that disappears is the long tail (rare observations and genuinely novel information), and much of what we call intelligence is the ability to reason about those exact things.
. $grass scaled rev's from 2.75M in Q2->12.8M in Q4. That's a growth rate of 365%. No other DePIN has added +$10M of Q rev in a year, ever
They have also funded the business' growth by revenue. They aren't raising 100M+$ like other protocol
I bet big rev #'s come July 7 on THC
What's the bull case for BTC to outperform high quality alts (such as HYPE, VVV, ZEC, etc) over the next few months?
And if there is no bull case for outperformance why would you own BTC in an actively managed portfolio?
@kankanivishal Great counterpoints to current BTC bearishness. Still concerned about the very short term though. A lot will depend on what he does with STRC

@permaweave Possible for sure but in that scenario likely better to just hold cash (if very bearish and don't want to short) or pair trade for a more neutral market view
@DevinErrico_ Yep agreed, especially in the context of tax implications. Right now though would even rather keep cash reserves in USD to purchase pullbacks on top quality tokens
Will be interesting to see how much cash $PURR raised and how much $HYPE they bought when the fresh weekly data is released tomorrow. The data lags by a week (data released tomorrow will be based on info from the period of 5/22-5/28 but should still be very informative
Yeah ofc, it's is being priced at $53-$55 and is trading on Hyperliquid in pre-IPO markets at $99.50. People are getting an instant 2x on their money to participate in the IPO

LAUNCHING: Today the @Grayscale Hyperliquid ETF is set to launch. It hasn't started trading yet though. Ticker is $HYPG, fee is 0.29%
The two existing ETFs ($THYP & $BHYP ) already have $141 million in cumulative net inflows hyperliquid:native
Totally agreed on a long term time horizon and if the portfolio is geared towards multi year holding period I agree worth owning. But if the portfolio is actively managed across a short/medium term basis as are many PAs and most liquid funds, and are flexible to manage risk, why own it today vs. after some of the Strategy overhangs clear and it has a better technical setup?
Seeing continued strength in $GRASS off of prior resistance levels around $0.46. Next key level is right around here at $0.52. Daily close above here with strong momentum and looks like price discovery mode again.
One of the strongest fundamental AI tokens and people still have scar tissue from price action from 1-2 years ago. Good recipe for continuing to climb the wall of worry and breakout to new local highs imo
Strong bounce in $GRASS off of prior resistance levels around $0.46.
Great setup going into the upcoming tokenholder call. Likely we see very strong growth in 2026 revs as data demand for model training from leading AI labs continues to accelerate
