There’s a scheduled event at Hold Out. They’re taking over half the tables. Currently plenty of parking but there’s also parking behind the red building on Walsh which is adjacent to Hold Out. Always best to arrive earlier than later.

The high today is 104 with a heat index of 114. If you're running, please hydrate, hydrate, hydrate... it's not a race. If you'd prefer to just come and hang, Hold Out will provide the regular discount on grub and beer for us even when idle.

Hey y’all, we’re suddenly in the “heat” of it. That said, please heed precaution for beer runs and otherwise. Drink plenty of water all day and especially before/after runs. Also don’t push yourself too hard… walk as needed. It’s not a race. Stay safe!
