@RyanNPike 7/10. I would say decent. Very happy we got Carels. Hextall felt okay, not as sure about Heatherington. Felt like there were better options. I wholeheartedly trust our goalie scouting, so I like Trejbal. Love Alan S, as well as our final pick. Didn’t love the others.
@RyanNPike Miracle: Get Stenberg if he falls to 4.
Hopeful: Get a 2nd pick in the top 10 if Bjorck falls. Take Carels/Verhoeff with 1st pick. Or flip it. Take Bjorck first if they are truly that high on him, then take a Rudolph or Smits with the 2nd top 10.
Lucky: Ruck twins
@RyanNPike@FlamesNation Can you shed any light on who Flames took to dinner? I know that it’s probably all minutia anyways but part of the fun of following along. I thought I read Verhoeff somewhere.
Any big Flames-related takeaways from the combine that have popped up for you?
@RyanNPike@FlamesNation Two-part question: How much do you think Bjorck’s solid tournament play pushes him out of reach of the Flames?
In a redraft of the 2024 and 2025 drafts, how much have Parekh/Gridin/Reschny improved their stock? Would Zayne be top 5 and the other two top 10 respectively?
Thx!!
@RyanNPike@FlamesNation Not counting the upcoming draft, which current player(s) in the org/system needs to take the biggest step forward next year to impact the franchise in the most meaningful way?
@JpSticco@RotoSurgeon Hey JP, love the content. On your last episode where you were talking about Hurts, Knox etc with your guest, I could hear your guest fine, but could barely hear you. I had my volume cranked and at times you were almost inaudible. Look forward to the next show! Cheers
Ride of the Mustang was a highlight of my high school experience. I’m so proud to see all these students have accomplished 11 years later. One million dollars! Wow!
