I grew up in the Methodist church. We left and bounced around looking for a church. Then we found a non-denominational church. The first service we attended they announced to the congregation a certain woman was ex-communicated for divorce. It blew me away. A church was actually fighting for the sanctity of marriage. They were also explicitly anti-homosexuality. Christians practicing Christianity.
