It wasn't until college that I thought about my relationship with food. I knew nothing about the food I was eating! Not where it came from or how to cook it. There were many foods I couldn't even name. Now it seems that's all I think about. How's your relationship with food?
Most people think of activities like baseball and soccer when it comes to youth sports. But a growing number of kids are getting active and growing their confidence with martial arts.

Just finished The Story of the Human Body by Daniel Lieberman. iteresting and enlightening to think about humanity from its beginning until now. This book has me seriously looking at my own behaviors. It makes me glad to think my son will be a better, more evolved version of me.
@ZubyMusic Although never having left my country, I would imagine trying a new culture's food would be a great way to immerse oneself in that culture. There is so much intimacy that comes along with food. It is something I would like to do personally.
Growth & change can come with pain.
Thatโs inevitable & you need to accept it going in.

Nothing is as painful as choosing to stay stuck somewhere you donโt belong.
I absolutely believe that when I set firm goals. Think them. Write them. Speak them. My chances of completing them increase dramatically. Share your dreams with the world and support others' dreams as well.
I wanted to share a little gratitude. @Mindpump and @ZubyMusic have both given me some inspiration this year through their own content, and inadvertently helped me decide to try to make my own life something... More. Thanks guys for all you do and share.
