Threw a great bullpen today with @joemolettiere2 at 85-90%. Threw a lot of fastballs and mixed in some off speeds. Mainly worked on loading and finishing better. Can’t wait for Jupiter next month.

Smooth, efficient move down the mound with hip-shoulder separation and long extension. Worked downhill from a balanced, repeatable delivery and pounded the zone with intent. FB showed late ride and jumped on hitters; SL was tight and tunneled off the heater for freeze and chase. Sequenced with tempo and poise, missing barrels all day.
