@CFPB Hey CFPB! @CapitalOne Hasnโt processed my direct deposit (as many others) and left its consumers in the dark dead BROKE with no transparency, communication, etc. A lousy vague email sent out Thurs night when the problem started WEDNESDAY which they canโt acknowledge.
@AskCapitalOne Once I receive my direct deposit I will be closing each and every account I have with Capital One. Iโve been with you guys under a year and this isnโt my first outage affecting direct deposit. Your competition is unscathed right now?? DO SOMETHING!!!
