@amazon @JeffBezos I ordered a phone off Amazon , it says 80% battery is guaranteed but it’s at 75%. You refuse to do anything except give me a $20 gift card .. this is false advertisement and consumer fraud . Maybe I should contact the @FTC and @BBBTriCounties . Let’s fix this!!

Let’s do better . I called the front desk after checking out since I was charged for something I didn’t use , received absolutely no help and attitude , transferred to a voicemail and now they won’t answer the phone at all

I’ve never see a hotel not want to take someone’s money by telling them they can’t add a night onto the reservation. I wanted to add an extra night for my birthday but was told no unless I book a whole new reservation
