Sweet lil write up on the new Hot Joy digital 45 via @TheFireNote...

"It’s sticky, fuzzed-out indie pop with teeth—a perfect mix of sugary hooks and scratchy edges. It’s vulnerable without being precious, catchy without trying too hard."

Tiny Engines have signed St. Louis band Hot Joy, whose new Jay Som-recorded single “Quality Control” is a ’90s-style shoegazy indie rock anthem.

Did the score for this bad boy. Was listening to a lot of Styx and the score for Manchester by the sea. Hope you like it ❤️

Hey, y'all! Our short comedy film US + ONE: A LOVE STORY, is now available on YouTube! It's very silly and stupid and we hope you like it.

Link to watch in the replies!

Did the score for this silly lil guy

Hey, y'all! Here's the teaser for US + ONE: A LOVE STORY. It's very dumb. We hope you like it.

Logline: Things get weird for a lonely single when he unknowingly swipes right on a married couple's attempt to spice up their shaky relationship.

Had a really great chat with @GetAlternative about the hot joy ep!

[The Alternative @GetAlternative]

Hot Joy offers "an uncomplicated sense of fun that's still emotional," according to @AustinMcMuffin. We spoke with the frontman about his band's swooning debut EP 'Small Favor'
