@Stealth40k With the recent announcements of two of Nintendo's greatest IPs outside of Directs it almost feels like they are winding directs down completely.

Otherwise they are excluding one of their big system sellers out of Directs and it kinda gives me the ick.

@Stealth40k It's great more FF games are coming to the S2, but no Nintendo fan should feel hard done by with the games we missed out on, as one of the games we *did* get just happens to be one of the greatest games of all time, and is worth far more than any 'mainline' game.

@Supernerd471 It's always bittersweet when someone who has been influential in a legendary franchise retires, but it's incorrect to say Kitase was responsible for the franchise's "Greatest Hits" as Kitase isn't credited anywhere on any of the truly great FF games.
