@contractorkeith Or homeowners insurance, no emergency funds, they couldn't afford to do their own maintenance on their car, or God forbid pay a mechanic. They would have exactly $0 left over every month after pay for the ESSENTIALS. I hope NC pays young people EXTREMELY well.

@contractorkeith I did the math using your estimated monthly payment and my current power, water, car Insurance, phone bill, food, and gas expenses. Mind you I budget food to $100/wk. They'd need to make at least $19/hr 40hr weeks, to pay for that, and they'd have no health insurance or. 1/2

@SNSDLovelyz I get this every summer, it's eczema. A steroid shot or some steroidal cream will clear it right up. If you can't afford a doctor visit right now 1% hydrocortisone cream works decent.

Gas is currently $4 a gallon for regular. Prepare to drive at least 30 minutes for work at a "good" job if you want one of the "cheap" homes.

My advise would be to just not let someone goad you into physically assaulting them period.
