@KWAYWaverly @jtlinder Agree. Assuming mediation does not work for W-SR and Decorah, what are the most likely solutions the Dept of Ed comes too?

[Austin Souhrada @Austin_Souhrada]

@jtlinder Hope you’re right. W-SR and Decorah would both bring great athletics tradition to a conference full of it.

[Austin Souhrada @Austin_Souhrada]

@jtlinder Like this solution too. As a former W-SR athlete I always enjoyed playing WaMaC competition. My only concern is that W-SR once again finds itself the big bad guy amongst smaller schools. Much like CCA seems right now.

[Austin Souhrada @Austin_Souhrada]

@jtlinder I’m assuming none of the teams currently in the MVC or WaMaC would jump ship for this. But, if the state has to make the call it’s a viable solution to a tough situation.

[Austin Souhrada @Austin_Souhrada]

@jtlinder My Solution. Let Charles City join the NCC. Place Decorah and Waverly-SR in a new NEIC with the small MVC schools and the large WaMaC schools.

Could look something like this.
Open for feedback.

Huge thank you to @PaulYeager and crew for giving the Go-Hawk Sports Network an incredible state tournament experience so far. It has been fascinating seeing everything that goes into broadcasting the state tournament. We can’t wait to see you in the studio on Saturday!
